Just a short message to firstly apologise to you for not managing to speak to you  last Friday directly after the funeral, and secondly, and more importantly, to say a huge 'Thank you' for the way in which you delivered the service for my father. 

As painful as these ceremonies are, the detail within the service, and the way in which you presented it made the entire process a little easier to bear for the family. Each and every guest we spoke with either outside the Crem building, or at the wake following on from the funeral, commented on the fact that they felt as though the process was indeed a celebration of both the life and achievements of my dad, as opposed to the 'usual' religious ceremonies they had previously attended. 

So, on behalf of  my mom, family, friends, and most importantly my dad, thank you so much for the excellent service provided. Not only did it help to ease the trauma of the day, it also gave all who were present, either in body or via digital link, a reminder of the kind, funny, generous man that was my dad. Thanks Steve. You made everything so simple and your advice about probate was very greatly received. As you said, it is a simple process but can be a bit daunting.
